The ESL E-mail Mentoring project pairs ESL students at Middletown High School with future teachers at Roger Williams University. The project's goals are to assist the ESL students with writing and learning English and to give future teachers a chance to enjoy a multicultural field experience using technology. For more information, please contact Madge Thombs or Luis Oliveira.
This semester, students from the Philippines, Germany, South Korea, Poland, Haiti, Malaysia, Morocco, Croatia, Pakistan, Columbia, Brazil, Finland and Puerto Rico participated. On the final day of the project, the students have the opportunity to meet each and we take the pictures and do the writing for this web page.
